Mr Amann Sharda is a passionate English teacher and firm believer in the power of literature in transforming minds and lives. With a passion for analytical thinking, he embarked on his own education journey, by acquiring a bachelors in English, followed by pursuing a Masters degree in Literature and Culture.
Starting his teaching journey five years ago, Amann has cultivated a culture of excellence and gentle rigour in his practice, leading to exceptional progress in pupils from an outstanding secondary school and sixth form in London and is now taking this passion to an international setting.
He has devoted his career to inspiring a love of English to young people from all backgrounds. His teaching philosophy is grounded in deliberate practice of critical thinking skills, evaluation and understanding perspective – all skills which allow young people to thrive on an international stage.
He firmly believes in the power of reading and how it shapes well-rounded, empathetic, and successful individuals. He has a special interest in cultivating a reading habit in the future generations and has successfully instilled this habit in aspiring academics from various fields
of study.
